Description:
The i2 Techno-functional Analyst will be involved in support & enhancement of Supply Chain Applications using i2.
Required skills include:
* Good understanding of following JDA modules:ABPP, i2 Demand Manager, Supply Chain Planner, Demand Planner & Inventory Opt
* Experience in supporting complex i2 implementation
* Experience in working on enhancements for the highly customized i2 & ABPP configurations
* Hands on experience in debugging, developing Unix shell scripts and PL/SQL scripts
* Experience with configuring standard i2 processes & Security setup, UI configuration nuances
Additional Required Skills:
* Support and troubleshoot multiple environments including Dev/QA/Production
* Troubleshoot any of technical issues on i2, capture logs/error msgs and work with JDA for resolution in case of core product issues
* For technical as well as functional enhancements - Create impact analysis documents, test scripts and technical design document
* Identify volumetics and performance related pain points and plan for right kind of strategy applied in consultation with JDA
* Performance tuning of i2 & custom processes
