v Candidate should have Core JAVA programming experience, Exposure to SPRING & WEBSERVICES.
v Able to design, document, implement and test
v Should include comprehensive understanding of Java programming language up to and including v1.8+

v Excellent communication skills at all levels, from team members to senior management.
v RDMS Concepts, queries, joins Good understanding of basic SQL queries, database joins, sub-queries, normalization - 1NF/2NF/3NF
v Must understanding Agile concepts, Understand and be able to articulate the overall process and key tenets, XP or Kanban or Iterative
