Job Description:
We are seeking a bright, energetic, Senior Java Developer to join our current team in Quincy, MA. We serve leading and growing grocery retailers with millions of shoppers located throughout the East Coast. Currently, our web center supports 5 websites, 4 mobile apps and is still growing!
Responsibilities:
Develop, analyze, review and modify applications through the complete life cycle of product development
Integrate with third party, best in class applications
Work in Agile teams directly with product managers and business analysts to complete functionality in new and existing applications
Implement business functional requirements into robust, secure, high-quality applications
Code to current standards and follow industry best practices and patterns
Maintain and support mission-critical applications while working closely with team members to provide project and ongoing operational support for applications
Participate in support rotation and troubleshoot production issues to insure the continued operations of the business
Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
5+ years of software/web development experience
Experience with Java, Camel, SQL, REST, and JSON
Understanding of security for web-based applications and APIs
Nice to have skills:
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX
Unix/Linux, Bash, Git and Gradle
Experience with JUnit, TDD, BDD
Experience with ATG Web Commerce
