Strong functional understanding of Manhattan's Labor Management and how it interacts with WMS other areas of the business and detail processes. Strong understanding of emerging technologies and systems development best practices.
Strong leadership, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across functional lines and at many levels.
Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and consensus building skills.
Advanced presentation (written and verbal) communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical issues and solutions to all levels of business.
