Position Title: SAP Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:
SAP Project Manager to be a key player in business transformational projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for utilizing project management methodology to drive successful implementation of an ERP solution that includes many supporting applications. The focus for the Project Manager will be work plan management, issues and task tracking, status reporting, representation of IT at the Program level, preparing steering committee level/stage gate presentations, assisting in budget and resource management and coordinating integration activities across the organization. The overall objective is to deliver on time, within budget and with quality.
Responsible and accountable for the successful planning, budgeting, and delivery of for all assigned Projects.
Key responsibilities include financial/budget management, stakeholder management, resource management, risk management, portfolio management, and quality management.
Broad support of the Project PMO from an IT perspective.
Ensure compliance to SAP Project Methodology for all projects, including producing steering committee deliverables, facilitating artifact/deliverable/milestone sign-off, adhering to project change control processes and satisfying internal audit compliance requirements.
Evaluation and Analysis of a project to identify the overall health and identify areas that require remediation, escalation or additional management focus.

Minimum Qualifications:
Project Manager on at least 2 full life-cycle SAP projects using SAP’s ASAP methodology or equivalent in the Order to Cash or Planning areas.
Knowledge of prevalent IT project management methodologies, management practices, architectures, system development lifecycles and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication (verbal, written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead and work with large/complex cross functional teams and projects to the successful achievement of stretch goals.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships throughout the organization.
Knowledge of ERP systems and interfaces.
Critical thinking and strong analytical skills.
Solid administrative skills and proficient in MS Office toolset.
BS Degree in related field
PMP and CSM or PMI-ACP certification.
Education and/or experience in a related IT field and 5 or more years of relevant IT work experience.
