Job Description:
Overall 6+ years of software development experience in Java technologies Red hat linux and shell scripting.
Strong hands-on in Java, J2EE and developing RESTful and SOAP Web service, EJB, Spring MVC frame work.
Expertise in administrating Red Hat Linux and shell scripting
Knowledge of working in glassfish servers.
Quick learner, Good Analytical, Debugging & Communications skills
Experience in PostgreSQL and writing efficient SQL queries
Excellent knowledge of OOPs concepts & Design Pattern
Experience working with Maven and GIT
Exposure to code compliance tools and continuous integration.
Experience working with support projects and coordinating and leading teams.
Experience working with Agile methodology
Role and Responsibilities:
Production Support – Responding to and resolving interruptions in the applications production environment on a SLA driven basis.
Maintenance Support Services – Completing and implementing all adaptive, corrective, perfective, and preventive maintenance requests after discussion with business.
Major/Minor Enhancements – Implementing enhancements, if any required in future for improvement (technical or functional) of the application.
Analyze the various project requirements that are being worked upon for production roll out and transferring the knowledge to team.
Clarifying the issues of the team members and helping them in the proper execution of the support process.
Discussing production issues with client, and improving the application stability.
Coordinating with business clients, supporting the application and implementing the process as per specifications provided.
Providing training to offshore team on the new features in application and documenting the learning.
