Qualifications and Skills
No degree required - some Computer Science education is highly preferred
5+ years of experience required
Expertise in Java programming on the android program - 5 years
5 years (Can be a mix of IOS and Android)
Strong testing and debugging skills - 5 years
5+ years of professional software development experience on the Android platform
Experience building mobile apps - preferably on Android - professional not side projects; Participated from developing to shipping to supporting it
Proven track record of building, shipping and maintaining commercial mobile Android applications
Expertise in Java combined with solid knowledge of Android SDK and computer science fundamentals
Experience translating UX designs into smooth, efficient UI implementations
Experience working with and consuming REST APIs
Strong testing and debugging skills
