About the role
As an Integration Developer, you will be working on several of the key technology initiatives leveraging cutting edge data, cloud and integration technologies. Working with the Head of Integration, you will be responsible for developing and programming integrations to internal and external systems, APIs as part of multiple projects. You will lead prototyping of systems and solutions to always stay with the changing technology landscape. You will be working with some of the brightest and smartest people who are set to change the insurance industry. The ideal person will be someone who can operate in strategic initiatives and deliver tactically while demonstrating strong analytical skills. This person will have a broad understanding of integration technologies and have proven him/herself working in multiple complex IT projects within the SDLC.

About You
Technical Qualifications
Must have minimum 8 years hands-on experience across all phases of Integration projects in any ESB, API Management product-set. Hands-on experience with Dell Boomi preferred.
Experience leading development efforts and involvement in end-to- end solutions in a high availability, high performance and cloud environment
Deep knowledge in SOA, API, Web-Services, Message oriented integration & streaming concepts and technologies
Have a good understanding of various integration patterns, SOAP/REST protocols
Demonstrate ability to design and develop in an API First approach
Understanding of BPM, Rules Engine is a strong plus
Other Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science / MIS or relevant work experience
Dell Boomi Developer certification
Professional Certification in any of the Integration product stack is a plus
Experience working in insurance or life insurance space a plus
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical issues
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
Start-up experience is a strong plus
Ability to travel as needed
