Role : Integration Project Manager II
Location : Cambridge MA
Duration : Long term



We have the following requirements,

Responsibilities: The position is in Records and Information Management (RIM) team within Shire’s Legal department, reporting to the Head of RIM or a RIM Program Manager. This role will work closely with the Head of RIM to develop, plan, monitor and execute robust project strategies as they pertain to safeguarding electronic and physical records and information as a result of Mergers, Acquisitions, Divestitures, and Real Estate Site Consolidations. They may also work on related projects and special tasks. The role entails the management of one or more high-level, complex projects within the constraints of scope, quality, time, and cost, to deliver specified requirements.

Balances workload by prioritizing tasks and requests according to the goals and deadlines of the Head of RIM
Coordinates and directs the activities of project team members who operate cross-functionally
Comfortably interacts with senior levels of the organization
Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are documented.

This individual will have 5+ years of relevant pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry experience. Ideal candidates include those with backgrounds in Quality, R&D, or Technical Operations Documentation, Information Governance, or IT.
