Description:
Looking for a talented Instructional Designer/ Web Designer to help create compelling, web based training courses and web portals. You will be responsible for developing system wide content for delivery in the LMS, and your work will span our entire organization.
In this role you will use your strong skills in instructional design, course design, and web design to create compelling on-line experiences that support and enhance learning throughout the organization.
You will also maintain existing course content, and work with large user groups to assure their success in the use of our Learning Management System.
Additionally, you will be responsible for web portal design and content management for our Systemwide Talent Management organization.
The background you will bring will be advanced level on-line course and web design, experience with enterprise level learning management systems, experience with end to end course and web design, and strong skills working with business leaders in all areas to translate learning goals
and objectives into compelling on-line instruction.
You will have critical skills in web portal design, creation, and maintenance, including rich content and interactive features.

Apply advanced professional instructional design and technology skills to create highly complex online course designs, map learning objectives / outcomes to create performance data, apply programming knowledge or use technical tools to enable delivery of user behavior data related to interactive learning activities.
Help lead the creative execution of branded messaging for the business. This position will be responsible for driving exceptional creative output from concept to completion while encouraging others to do the same. Conceptualize online creative experiences using existing and non-existing resources and materials and effectively communicates vision to other team members.
Lead the creation of the concepts, wireframes, artwork and layout for sites and other online projects based on creative briefs, discovery meetings and input from OP Communications, IT and Systemwide Talent Management.
Adhere to brand guidelines and translate to designs. Have thorough knowledge of the company brands and guidelines and be able to evaluate creative against them. Design and produce web-friendly graphics as needed for: company websites, email, mobile, social, etc.
Design landing pages and micro sites for Talent Management campaigns or other projects requested.
Quickly mock up web interfaces, graphics and web controls. This includes suggesting options and providing alternative prototypes.
Create rapid prototypes of page designs for testing and presentations. Provide ongoing recommendations for site design and user-experience improvements.

Requirements:
Bachelor''s degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
They are looking for someone who has created Instructional design associated with HR compliance needs.
Advanced ability to conduct analysis and develop recommendations, demonstrating organizational and problem-solving skills.
Advanced analytical, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, collaboration and negotiation skills.
Advanced knowledge of organization policies and procedures, including policies that impact online course development.
Advanced knowledge of instructional design principles and learning strategies, including needs analysis, backwards design, learning outcomes and assessment design, and instructional approaches including lecture, discussion, activities, projects, et cetera.
Advanced knowledge of the technical tools and platforms required to achieve the delivery of engaging and media-rich online learning content, and of trends in the use and effectiveness of educational technology and learning.
Advanced understanding of business strategies and market priorities related to online learning and achievement of organizational goals.
Advanced knowledge and skills with relevant business software systems and content creation tools.
Advanced knowledge of applying adult learning theories and education methodologies in creative ways.
Advanced knowledge of e-learning strategies including but not limited to courses (e.g., processes and technologies, et cetera
Expert level skills in application of planning, resourcing and monitoring of effective design life cycles of training and other learning and performance solutions to support the organization.
Thorough knowledge to conduct appropriate job and task analyses in the context of instructional design of technical or specialized training.
