Top Requirements
- Knowledge of the Instructional Design Process.
- Knowledge of Adult Learning theory.
- Proven experience assessing, designing, and developing training materials.
- Demonstrated logic skills reflected in procedural documentation.
- Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem resolution skills.

Instructional Designer:
Working with Subject Matter Experts (SME''s), performs research to design and develop customized training programs. Capable of designing for web based or instructor led training / CBT. Can conduct train-the-trainer sessions. May direct the work of others. Other related skills may be required to perform this job.

Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree required. Master degree preferred. 5+ years experience in a related field required.
