Description/Comment:Responsible for planning, organizing, writing and editing operational, maintenance, test procedure manuals. Researches design specifications, design diagrams or test specifications. Acquires and organizes basic source material, including applicable specifications, engineering write-ups, and drawing packages. Helps coordinate the layout and design of the material. 0-2 yrs technical writer/instructional designer experience is required.
Additional Job Details:Additional Responsibilities • Lead the design of training that promote development of critical skills to meet business-specific and corporate strategies and needs • Develop learning solutions for classroom, web-based, and self-study techniques • Instructional design of individual to curriculum level training solutions following all established department instructional design principles and procedures. Requirements • Experience designing modern and engaging learning solutions using ADDIE, with expertise in design and development • Experience designing technical training content- Financial Services experience is NOT required • Proficient in PowerPoint • Working on-site is not required Preferred • Experience using Storyline 2
