Inside Sales Representative - SaaS
AlertOps is a SaaS based IT incident management alerting platform that helps organizations automate playbooks to drastically reduce the time it takes to resolve incidents.
This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, and organized team player to get in on the ground floor with a fast growing SaaS company. This role will allow you to gain exposure in all aspects of the sales cycle and will give you the unique opportunity to work with Fortune 1000 enterprise clients.
We are looking for a candidate with Consultative Sales experience selling B2B SaaS solutions, with a 10x mindset, and willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Responsibilities
Take an account based strategic approach to selling that
Must develop a full understanding of our product and our unique selling proposition
Must demonstrate characteristics associated with a high-performance sales culture, specifically managing a pipeline of new business opportunities and ability to deliver results against a quota.
Must generate new revenue by developing and growing new customers.
Successful track record growing a pipeline and the ability to run a live demo with a technical audience.
Prospect potential customers through inbound leads and outbound calling while cultivating existing customer relationships.
Understand potential customers goals and challenges, identify if a fit exists, and establish AlertOps product as the best possible solution.
Build, expand, and maintain a full pipeline of prospects.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota.
Maintain accounts in Pipedrive, and track KPI’s.

Ideal Candidate
2+ years of B2B sales experience
You take the initiative and understand you are responsible for your own goals.
You don’t make excuses. You make things happen.
You work extremely hard, but also share ideas for the team to work smart.
You take a strategic approach to sales. Gathering pertinent information is second nature.
You have online technical product demo experience, selling to a technical audience.
You have strong verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills.
You work effectively as a team player in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment.
You follow technology trends and know about them the day they occur.
You have the ability to effectively chat with the engineering, support, marketing, and management teams back-to-back, without breaking a sweat.
You have previous experience in a SaaS environment with focus on user acquisition.
Experience using Pipedrive preferred
