Technical/Functional Skills
At least 6 years of experience in supporting various deployments across environments by providing solutions on Microsoft stack of technologies.
Experience Required
· 6 + years of IT experience in supporting deployments across environments from Development through production.
· Experience in Windows/IIS/Cloud Support with installation, Configuring, Deploying, Trouble shooting, Administration and Maintenance of IIS 6.0/7.0/7.5/8.0
· Experience in deployments, Maintenance and troubleshooting applications on Microsoft Cloud infrastructure Azure
· Experience in Azure Infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and Platform as a service (PaaS)
· experience in setting up cluster environment for load balancing and high availability of Windows servers
· Experience in installation, configuration & administration of Microsoft Windows 2003/2008R2/2012/2016 Servers
· Experience on PowerShell scripting And MS Web Deploy for creating Websites.
· Good Understanding of Continuous Integration and TFS build processes
Roles and Responsibilities
· Configure multiple websites in IIS 7.0/7.5/8.0/8.5 using Virtual IPs, multiple ports and Host headers.
· Deploy ASP.Net applications in IIS and configured the data sources.
· Configure Authentication methods in IIS 7.0/7.5/8.0/8.5 to control access to the applications.
· Work on VMWare in order to create virtual servers and also create clusters in VM.
· Work on configuring, installing and migrating VM Servers between different clusters.
· Write PowerShell scripts to automate build deployment to all environments.
· Write PowerShell Scripts to move logs from IIS web and application servers to shared storage location as part of log redundancy policy and scheduled in task Scheduler.
· Perform troubleshooting and diagnosis to hardware/software network failures and provide resolutions.
· Troubleshoot and properly document network, server, workstation, software, and security issues.
· Open, track, and resolve tickets and act as Incident Coordinator until problem resolution
· Maintain logbook, tape backups, and checking of various errors.
· Secondary duties include monitoring Veritas backups until normal completion.
· Perform regular security monitoring to identify any intrusion.
· Maintain the timely recovery of data lost due to software crash or hardware failure.
· Maintain scripts to ensure a secure IIS administration.
· Maintain Active directories for authentication.
· Monitoring Applications and identifying issues using Monitoring tools like Site Scope, AppDynamics, Splunk, and SCOM
· Proactively managing, researching root cause of issues and identifying trends to optimize future occurrences
· Monitoring performance metrics and SLA adherence for compliance
· Directing customers and support consultants in best
· Implementing support processes for Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery
· Backing-up designated team members and Global Technical Support Leads
· Review existing technical processes, standards and governance against Industry leading practice and recommend future state
· Should be able to quickly troubleshoot, analyze and resolve technical challenges.

· Excellent Communication skills. Should be able to lead a small team of technical team at the customer location.
Qualification
Successful candidates will have a track record in customer support for critical applications within SLAs
