Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Minimum 8 Years + of Experience as an Senior Infrastructure Services Manager.
8 + of experience in core End User Computing / Desk Side Support OR Work Place Services
Strong experience in End User Service specific technologies, such as Active Directory/MS Exchange/SCCM OR Desktop Engineering
Workable knowledge of desk side support & proximity engineering
Excellent communication skill is required
Strong understanding & work experience in ITIL & ITSM Framework
Manage Supplier service delivery teams
Accountable for overall Supplier delivery as outlined in current SOW
Monitor, control and support Service Delivery
Projecting efforts & delivery activities
Review Operational level activities/initiatives
Lead tactical level initiatives
Support and provide inputs for strategic initiatives
Talent management which includes Team & Performance management
Strong experience in Vendor & Asset Management and related audits.
