Position : Infrastructure Readiness Manager / Technical Environment
Location: Lowell, AR
Duration: 3 months

Primary Skills : TcoE, test environments including DEV, SIT and UAT.

Description :

The Technical Environment Manager will be in charge of coordinating the following activities:
Setup new Infrastructure, applications and interfaces
On an ongoing basis, refresh Data set, apply program updates and patches to be in –sync with production environment according to needs.
Manage & Control Accesses
Align technical infrastructure with production
The Technical Environment Manager will be responsible for all test environments including DEV, SIT and UAT.

Responsibilities :

Create short-term and mid-term plans to deliver environments to support development and non-production activities
Define and agree deployment schedules with Project, Application teams and Release Management and Testing team.
Coordinate activities to automate the setup and configuration of test environments
Track releases, upgrades and changes to the test environments as per the requests
Monitor and guarantee up-time and availability of the test environments
Provide ongoing support for test environments
Communicate planned downtime on environment to stakeholders, working with them to minimize impact on test schedule.
Communicate test environment availability to project teams
Coordinate with Infrastructure team for hardware requirements
Coordinate with DBAs team for Data refresh activities
Develop KPIs to track efficacy of test environment delivery efforts
Log, coordinate and resolve defects related to environments to provide the stable test environments. For example defects related to:
S/W and H/W configuration
Connectivity issues with other application interfaces
Insufficient credentials to access / communicate with other interfaces
Provide estimates for onboarding of new projects to test environments
Contribute to the implementation of operational permanent control policies and procedures in day-to-day business activities, such as Control Plan
Comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines
