Job Description :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or 3-4 years of related / demonstrated experience in the field of innovative and rapid solutions development and deployment. Experience in in developing, implementing, managing and directing cross functional development teams and or large scale information systems, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience will be a plus.• General understanding and experience of traditional and agile project management methodologies, requirements management, quality assurance and IT processes. • Exceptional communication skills and the demonstrable ability to communicate, lead and influence appropriately at all levels of the organization• Excellent leadership and consultative skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation.• Demonstrated experience and skills in AGILE, KABAN or similar development technologies and processes.• Demonstrated experience in the ability to understand wide-ranging, out-of-the-ordinary, technical and business proposals in depth.• Demonstrated ability and eagerness to take on new challenges in uncharted areas or areas of inexperience.• Serve as IT Project Manager for the Office of Information Technology (OIT) and provide support to the highly visible projects initiated by Senior staff members.• Support infrastructure activities to include network, server, performance, applications, and capacity.• Must be familiar with security technology, and products.• Consult with client and assist in development of strategy, plans, and solutions for projects. Work with client helping them to define their needs and address issues they are facing.• Act as a liaison between clients and infrastructure team to distinguish requests (nice to haves) from true needs (requirements• Support the PMO by providing services in a matrix environment and managing PMO expectation• Ten (5) years of IT experience working in large scale UNIX, Windows, Oracle, and SQL environments.• Five (5) years of experience developing and tracking finances for large scale projects.• At least ten (10) years of experience in planning, implementing, testing, patching, upgrading, tuning, and monitoring standard and customized multi-platform enterprise servers in complex environments that include Disaster Recovery requirements.• Experience implementing ITIL and performing change management and Service Level Agreement (SLA) development in a large enterprise environment that involves senior level stakeholders and other supporting organizations
