Project/Program manager site locations for infrastructure projects within the Systems Operations portfolio.
Manage schedules and budgets related to IT infrastructure site locations for circuit, O365, Cisco-Meraki, AV & phones upgrades and moves.
Manage the customers interface for all matters related to the circuit, O365, Cisco-Meraki, AV & phone installs and migration.
Managed the overall migration planning and deployment strategy for all 250 site location rollouts and closures to include data centers and legacy locations.
Managed IT invoices and synergies for the SysOps team.
Organized and participated in sprint story planning for SysOps team.
Worked with vendors and technical team to develop project plans, detailing work break down structures and identified strategies for site location completions.
Generated weekly status reports and dashboards to senior management on the performance of the ongoing infrastructure projects.
