Job Description :
General Qualifications and Education Requirements:
4-6 years of work experience as a project manager of large infrastructure initiatives
2-4 years experience with projects requiring a high level of coordination due to complex roll out (many sites, working with network vendors, local offices, LECs, etc)
High level of organizational and communications skills
Teamwork, personal commitment and self-motivation
Presentation Skills and reporting skills
University degree – computer science or similar
PMI certification preferred

Job Description / Responsibilities:
Strong background and experience in firmwide initiatives installing / switching out circuits across all firm offices and other firmwide infrastructure applications
Experience in managing Telecom/WAN circuit upgrades and implementations
Ability to effectively and efficiently collaborate with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and suppliers.
Liaison representing EPMO Director to work with, coordinate and lead project team to ensure each portion of the project scope is executed as required and on time.
Work under the direction and report directly to the EPMO Director with a dotted line to the respective Project Sponsor(s) assigned.
Seek and confirm project goals, milestones, risks with EPMO Director and BT Project Sponsor; lead the planning, inclusive of identification of barriers to successful execution.
Work closely with EPMO Director and Communications to properly notify offices of upcoming work, impact to users, and timelines for same.
Proactively collaborate with Customer business partners, vendors, and Business Technology (BT) team members as appropriate and necessary.
Review and ensure timely approval of final documents, such as change requests, to ensure that all BT standards are accurately reflected, incorporated and communicated.
Conduct or participate in project and governance meetings.
Create, oversee, and manage the project schedule and work of selected vendors for BT activities.
Engage Organizational Change Management (OCM) teams and EPMO Director in a timely manner to ensure all communications, and training tasks are identified and incorporated into plans.
Project Management activities include, but not limited to,
IT Project Process document in real time (as items are in progress and/or completed
Produce weekly Project Status report detailing current week’s progress and 1-week look ahead. Report should also identify any current project risks and issues and a mitigation plan for each.
Risk and issue identification and management
Respond to urgent requests within the same business day when those requests relate to delivery risks.
Recommend additional resources and/or equipment to ensure service delivery expectations are met
