Sr. Project Manager (Infrastructure) - 4 Positions
10+ years of experience with Very strong skills in end to end ITSM implementation planning, issue tracking, request fulfilment, communication and deployment management for various ITIL processes
Experience in Infrastructure and some third party app rollouts.
Oversee ITSM initiatives and structure to support IT Service and Operations Management while leveraging input from multiple stakeholders and other efforts across the organization.
Excellent documentation skills in documenting plans and driving projects for the Directors/Senior Management and get a sign off from business/ stakeholders.
Provide leadership at the enterprise level in defining processes, technical infrastructure and architectural standards for information systems.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor''s Degree, computer science, engineering, information systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience. Requires Seven (7) years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment.
