Job Description:
Provide both strategic and tactical project management to business and ICT stakeholders, with ultimate ownership of the project
Be highly focused on business success
Lead the development of business cases ensuring an accurate and thorough message, facilitating the definition of project missions, goals, tasks, budget and resource requirements
Lead the RFQ/RFP/RFI process for projects, engaging Contract Management, Finance, Purchasing and Vendor Management as applicable
Manage vendor selection process and ensure performance based on contract definition
Hold resources accountable for deliverables, quality, and due dates, escalating as appropriate and necessary
Proactively and effectively manage project risk
Adhere to the project management methodology as mandated by FCA, while providing guidance on industry best practices, tools and process improvements
Conflict resolution
Project control to mitigate scope, budget, schedule variance while employing methods to provide corrective actions as required
Mentoring and directing the actions of other team members
