Infra PM experience and/or experience on the infrastructure side, physical building turn-up, commissioning and/or experience with facilities technology and systems etc

Video conferencing design, network design/engineer/implementation, employee moves/relocations
Possess leadership, organization, and influencing abilities
Must have strong interpersonal skills & ability to speak cross-functionally in IT

Requirements:


Show a track record of continuous learning, growth and professional development.
5- 7 years Project Management and/or Project support experience in a Corporate Environment.
3 to 5 years’ experience working in Global support and operational roles.
Possess Industry recognized and accredited Project Management, ITIL, and Agile operations designations.
Advanced level knowledge of MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
Experience with leading and facilitating meetings, events, public speaking and large presentations.
Experience managing and planning budget and finance activities.
Strong customer care, interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication are essential skills.
Proven problem solving and troubleshooting abilities with hardware components and software applications.
Strong knowledge of best practice business processes and frameworks such as ITIL and Agile Operations a plus
Ability to create project plans, communication plans, and all standard project documentation to ensure organization of the project team.
Conduct weekly project meetings to ensure deadlines are being met and the project is kept on target; drive for results and deadlines
Create status reports for Program rollup and Management Review
Experience or education managing project budgets
Update project status, create business cases, and manage demand for project resources weekly in IT project tracking tool (PARTS)
Assist in capacity and demand analysis and trends
Work with Resource Managers to insure resources for project team are secured
Ability to jump into fast-paced environment and make an immediate impact a must!


Experience : 10 -15 years IT experience with 5 years Infra Project Management experience.
