Role: Infrastructure Planning Consultant

The Job title for this role : Infrastructure Planning Consultant Below are the brief description of the duties he/ she will perform as Infrastructure Planning Consultant
Work with HCA IT planning team to Review Infrastructure requirements for new projects & initiative
Work with IT Stakeholders on Capacity planning for new projects Initiatives
Review and validate Infrastructure design document for optimal sizing and technology relevance
Coordinate with multiple IT teams and stakeholders on architecture design documents review and approvals
Plan and assist Infrastructure build post approvals
Documentation of existing current & new system topology
Work with Infra planning team to assist with Hardware asset management and hardware refresh planning
Should have at least 5 years of experience working with Infrastructure planning and platform development and optimization
More details :
The resource should have good knowledge in Windows / Unix Server build and sizing , for both physical and Virtual environments
Should have a good understanding of data storage concepts ( EMC , Netapp etc )
Should have experience in Server refresh / new server build
Should have experience in documenting infrastructure requirements to a design document and review with IT Teams .
The resource is also required to attend Infrastructure design review with IT teams during Architecture review and aid the approval process .
