This is just a Project Lead, not really leading people. IT infrastructure Lead

5+ years IT management experience
Experience managing a team that is responsible for supporting customers and computer users within a large organization
Previous experience in a global setting is a plus
Previous experience in cloud environment is a plus
Contractor will be responsible for providing end user support for desktops, laptops, printers, WIFI, local servers and other hardware systems used in the environment.
Very strong Customer Service and end user support
Manage IT staffing, including recruitment, supervision, scheduling, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions.
Responsible for identifying technology needs, working with the stakeholders to deliver IT value and working with the Corporate IT group to coordinate and supervise the delivery of IT solutions.
Maintain asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment.
Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives.
Develop and implement, with input from Global Manager and other Regional Managers, all IT policies and procedures, including those for security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
Work with other Regional managers to establish a joint, reusable and shared strategic and tactical solutions
Travel: 5%-10% travel.
