1. Discussion with the clients to understand requirement
2. Involve in Process related meetings
3. Capture requirements in various Cisco tools
4. Open cases / CRs at times
6. Enter and track project details in MSPS/MPP
7. Attend status calls and Send status reports
8. Attend escalation calls (if required)
9. Track the project execution with all the supply teams
10. Monitor project delivery during release cycles
11. Close the projects
