Job Description :
1. Be the SPOC for infrastructure for the CEP 2.0 platform that Cognizant is building for Wunderman – includes compute, storage and network
2. Understand the platform architecture and NFR requirements and work with Cognizant architects, Hadoop and Kafka cluster designer and prepare the detailed infrastructure (physical) architecture and design
3. Based on NFR and architecture prepare capacity planning for compute and storage for the entire platform
4. Present the Infrastructure design to Wunderman team and get sign-off on the same.
5. Work with Wunderman Infra team, understand their constraints and development requirements and come up with optimal capacity and infrastructure plan for each of the environments – Dev, Test, UAT, Prod and DR
6. Work with Wunderman, Cognizant architects and prepare the DR strategy
7. Assist Wunderman infrastructure team to setup the environments and hardening of the production environment
8. KT to offshore infra engineer on the setup and configurations so that the maintenance assistance to Wunderman team can be done from offshore
9. Work with CI/CD engineers and help in automation (IAC) where needed
