Must have a broad background in Servers, Network, Storage, Virtualization, Automation, DevOps and Cloud
4+ Experience in optimizing Azure cloud and Office 365 environments for better performance, ROI
10+ years of experience in Enterprise architecture, including developing strategies, road maps, gap analysis and solution architecture
Hands on experience in sizing, tuning VM clusters
Experience in crafting and implementing VDI solutions
Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology solutions
Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to interact with clients
Role responsibilities:
The main aim of the Enterprise Architect is to:
Engage closely with clients, partners and other business units to develop and execute innovative and competitive solutions/projects
Take part in client’s bi-weekly Architectural Review Board meeting
Produce, communicate and deploy innovative, strategically aligned, appropriate and cost effective solutions, that satisfy the business requirements of customers projects; minimizing disruption to the live operation environment
Actively drive solutions that focus on innovation.
Actively look for opportunities, when engaged with a client, where Capgemini can bring additional value.
Be responsible for the contract accountability of the account. Work performed is consistent with the signed Statement of Work (SOW)
Provide Program and Project management for the execution of the assigned project, in the absence of an assigned Project Manager

Ability to perform and conduct workshops and meetings to develop client solutions
Ability to communicate effectively and present at the CIO/CTO level
Must be flexible and mobile with the willingness to travel, when required.
Must be willing to work on day to day delivery activities in aiding BAU teams
