Our client is a global information technology, consulting and out sourcing company providing services to Financial, Manufacturing, healthcare, telecom and media industries. They are currently looking for a Infotainment Engineer for long term project in Warren, Michigan, United States, 48093, below is the detail requirement.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop next-generation technologies for vehicle powertrain system diagnosis, prognosis, and fault-tolerant controls as well as integration
Develop and implement off-board and onboard algorithms for diagnosis and prognosis
Develop hardware in the loop bench and vehicle platform for concept verification and evaluation
Work effectively with peers, management, operations groups, and outside organizations.
Qualifications:
Master or PhD in Electrical, Controls, Mechanical, Aerospace Engineering with demonstrated research capability or equivalent experience
1~2 years of industry or related project experience
Background in machine learning, data analytics, signal processing, and control systems
Strong analytical skills
Background in embedded control, and automotive systems
Familiar with Matlab/Simulink, Python
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with GM internal and external customers
Basic Preferred Skills:
3+ years of industry experience
Strong background in system diagnosis and prognosis algorithm development and integration
Strong background in the field of signal processing, and machine learning
Experience in dSpace rapid prototyping
Experience in Python, and Java Programming
Experience in ETAS/INCA tools
Qualification:
Bachelor''s degree or equivalent,with minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in Infotainment Engineer.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings.
