Job Description:
· A balanced understanding of user research (personas), interaction design (wire-frames, screens flows), and visual design (UI mock-ups)
· 9 years + of UX design experience with Banking and Financial institutions, has worked on mid-to-large and complex enterprise applications
· Portfolio must have samples of wire-frames and UI mock-ups that include Dashboards with data visualizations, User
Interfaces that involve workflow interactions, and display large amounts of data using grids
· Experience of using tools such as wire-framing tools: Visio, etc. and Visual Design tools such as Adobe Photoshop
· Has worked with multi-disciplinary teams - stakeholders for business requirements, technology team for technical feasibility and end-user teams for user needs
· Has experience of working with development teams that follow Agile methodologies
