Title: Information Architect (Business/Systems Analysis, SOA, UML, Requirements)

Information:

This effort will be in support of the Digital Order Entry adoption of the Sales experience across Client’s Inbound Agent, Retail, Direct, Indirect, Technician, eTail, retention and other sales channels. To support these channels Cient is looking for expanded focus in 3 critical areas of this program 1. Technical Analysis, 2. Utilization Improvement and 3. Trial Support, feedback, and resolution.

Technical Analysis – Provide additional focus on the backlog creation, definition and refinement for all channels, starting with a focus on all features required for supporting Inbound Sales Agents and core cross channel Omni platform requirements. Resources will work directly with Business stakeholders, local Comcast division representatives, development teams and leadership. A broad roadmap exists and the team focused on this area will be responsible for transforming that roadmap into detailed user stories for UI and backend development teams.

Utilization Improvements – The team will support and enhance existing efforts to understand Omni tool utilization, fallout and areas of improvement. The team will work to measure and monitor trial activity and agent feedback to create a clearly defined view of features, use-cases, defect fixes and general improvements that will increase Agent usage of the Omni Channel Sales Digital Order Entry system. The team will ensure there is a clear daily, weekly and monthly rollup of system activity and utilization improvement opportunities.

Trial Preparation – Prior to trials the team will work directly with regions to ensure we have adequate test data and verification performed for supported trial use-cases and functionality. This will involve ensuring teams have test accounts, devices, self-service data management capabilities and test execution and triage.

Trial Feedback - During trials the team will engage directly in trial call centers to provide on-site hands on engagement with Agents. The team will facilitate a feedback loop exists between trial Agents & supervisors and the business and technology teams supporting the Digital Order Entry efforts. The team will support Agent training of new features during trial. The team will provide periodic readouts on feedback from Agents during the trial.

Trial Enhancement & Defect Resolution – Team will provide resources onsite with existing Omni teams who will focus on defect resolution and certification side-by-side with existing Comcast development and quality assurance efforts. This team may also execute small enhancements identified in trials that have positive impact on utilization. This team will adopt and follow existing Comcast development and certification practices, methodologies, technologies and processes.
