Job Description:
? Develops, tests and maintains code using software development methodology and appropriate technologies for the system being used.
? Works closely with Business Analysts or System Analyst to develop detail systems design and written test plans for on-line and report application programs.
? Performs analysis on projects and provides a project plan that shows the tasks needing to be completed and a time estimate for each task
? Provides status reports that give a detailed description of the current projects progress and indicates time devoted to each task.
? 9+ years of Data warehousing, ETL, working in an enterprise class production data warehouse environment
? Hands on experience in fundamental of advanced Data warehouse and Data mart design
? Hands on and excellence in ETL design, implementation and maintenance
? Solid experience in process and workflow tuning and optimization.
? Experience with the system development life cycle, such as gathering and refining requirements, data analyzing and data profiling, designing and implementing -solution, handling sensitive data sets, production deployment, troubleshooting and production support, data conversion, etc.
? Experience with Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica IDQ
? Proficiency in job scheduling
? Expertise in Dimensional Data Modeling,Sound database knowledge and understanding of DB methodologies
? Good knowledge on Data lineage, Data integration tools for transformations - ETL tool Informatica
? Management and development of Data dictionary or Mappings
? Sound knowledge on Data Ingestion, Metadata definition etc
? End to End BI Implementations with Good understanding of Finance Domain and experience to build required data models using data modeling tools
? Good communication and presentation skills

? Able to write SQL sequence
? Can code using Informatica and Snap Logic
Qualifications:
? Courses in Programming, Data Structures and Algorithms.
? Knowledge of one or more of the following programming languages - Java, Object Oriented Programming, Python, Linux and JavaScript, exposure to SaaS applications.
