Good experience on Informatica Powercenter, Oracle, Unix
Ability to analyze the root cause of data discrepancies and provide permanent solution
Good analytical skills and communication skills
Ability to coordinate with end user and understand the issue and resolve them
Have hands on experience with Datawarehouse eco systems, involving Unix, PL SQL , and job scheduling tool(s)
Background with banking domain, client location work experience would be add-on.

Provide technical support and guidance to offshore production support team
Guide the operations team with complex issues and facilitate their upskilling cross skilling Track incident queue and ensure unfaltering adherence to SLA Drive offshore support team towards consistent, process compliant operations support
Resource Planning including shift management capacity planning and work prioritization at offshore Ensure seamless handover between onsite and offshore support teams Participate in periodic status reviews with client management
Prepare metrics reports to track operational KPIs and foresee issues improvement opportunities Work on Problem Management and automation related activities from offshore Knowledge management activities including reviewing the knowledge repository
