Role – Informatica MDM solution Architect
Location: Decatur, IL
Total Experience – 8-9 Years
Relevant MDM experience – 3-4 years
Key Skills
· Experience in designing at least one Informatica MDM solution involving MRM, IDD, Hierarchy Manager, Real Time & Batch integration
· Informatica MDM implementation experience in at least two project
· Strong understanding of Data Integration, Data Quality, Data Architecture and Master Data Management, Project Life Cycle phases, best practices and processes.
· Rich experience (3-5 years) in Data quality / Master Data management related projects as a designer/technical architect
· Expert data standardization and data modeling skills (i.e. conceptual, logical and physical model design)
· Expert knowledge in at least one DQ tool (IDQ/Trillium), one Data profiling tool, address standardization tool (address doctor or first logic) and one RDBMS.
· Good analyzing & troubleshooting skills and make recommendations for remediation
· Good communication skills and networking skills to interface and coordinate with technical teams both internal/external and the client teams
· Must have excellent written and presentation skills
· Good understanding of Informatica MDM Architecture
· Experience in Informatica MDM Product installations and upgrades
Key responsibilities
· Take transition from customer on existing system functionality
· Prepare system document of understand for applications
· Document user scenario and test cases for system testing
· Debug production issues and provide solution to resolve the issues including root cause analysis, code changes, data fix and/or data fix
· Work with business users to gather requirements for enhancements request, do analysis and provide estimation for required changes.
· Analysis and debugging of application to resolve customer issues
· Communication with customer and different application team to resolve issues
· Work code changes required for bug fixes and enhancement work
· Perform application testing before migration of changes to UAT followed by production
· Provide user support during UAT
· Provide warranty support for changes migration in production
· Develop and share work status report
