Responsibilities
Review and analyze the ETL and B2B requirements
Design, develop, and implement ETL and/or B2B processes: mapping, workflows, configurations, etc
Assist QA designing and implementing test cases for ETL and B2B processes
Create and execute unit test plans
Troubleshoot, optimize and tune ETL and B2B processes
Document all ETL and B2B related work per company''s methodology
Maintain existing code and fix bugs as requested
Self-manage time and task priorities to meet project timelines and identify potential project risks
Handle multiple project and task workload
Participates in functional requirements and design sessions
Interprets data models and formats
Understands and documents complex data transformation rules
Creates functional specifications and mapping documents to DSW standards
Identifies solution methods (i.e. development, query tool or business process)
Provides the functional and technical specifications which may include SQL
Participates in testing, user training and result evaluation and oversees implementation
Evaluates production requests from user groups
Answers production questions from user groups
Analyze help desk development support tickets
Write and optimize SQL code and stored procedures (ORACLE 11 a MUST!)
