Job Description :
Production Support role – role is a combination of handling production issues (urgent, troubleshooting, analyzing, identifying root cause, developing solution to address); engagement with development partners (GBS) on new development – preparing for transition to our team; mandatory upgrades, testing efforts, analysis of impacts; process improvements – analysis, development, testing, deployment. Start Time: 8:00 AM

Additional Job Details:
Participate in 24/7 on call rotation

Technical skillsets:
Informatica/ETL – intermediate skill level
DB Visualizer (SQL and Relational Database Concepts and Design)
o Strong research/analysis – able to follow how the data flows through the full life cycle of the process
AutoSys basic knowledge
Mainframe/COBOL - basic knowledge
Windows Operating Systems - basic to intermediate knowledge
Informatica/ETL
Unix – shell scripting

Other requirements:
Aptitude to learn
Good communication – able to explain complex technical issues to a non-technical business partners
