Job Description::
System Maintenance - Strong experience in Tidal admin, Informatica Admin, Informatica Cloud Admin and System Architecture concepts
Ability to troubleshoot issues in Tidal and Informatica platforms along with Infrastructure teams and Application Teams
As operational problems occur, creates and reviews recovery and permanent fix plans include Root Cause Analysis and actions.
Work with project teams and application teams to design and approve tidal architecture and scheduling of jobs
Excellent experience communication skill with prior experience in working in onshore offshore model
Review and monitor application problems, change management processes, and escalation procedures
Work with Business users and IT leads to participate in prioritizing the request and enhancements regularly
