Dynamic Interactive Business Systems Inc is looking for an Infor Lawson Expert for its direct Client in Chicago, IL.

Requirements (MUST HAVE):-

Lawson - Expert Level
Must be a Lawson Certified )

Responsibilities:-

1. Review of system configuration for Human Resources and Payroll modules to ensure that they reflect current configuration needs based on the Authority policies and procedures.
2. Review use of Lawson system to ensure it is used to the fullest extent as it was designed.
3. Review and recommend process changes which may result in better utilization of the Lawson system.

4. Training/Education
The Selected Candidate will provide training to users. The Selected Candidate is expected to develop a Training Plan describing delivery of training services. In addition, the Selected
Candidate may be required to develop variations of the end user training documents to tailor the training for human resources and payroll. At a minimum, the Selected Candidate will:
· Conduct on-site training for approximately 10 HR and Payroll staff (Administrators, Managers and Benefit and Payroll staff) on management and use of software.
· Provide a Training Plan that includes:
o Review Payroll administration (deduction, retirement plans, catch-up contributions, etc
o Payroll time keeping
o Explain how the payroll system integrates with benefits.
o Assess, review employee new hire, re-hire process
o Review compensation process
o Provide input and guidance for several current benefit administration challenges – (e.g. review groups, plans, rules, etc
o Review employee benefits and status (retirement, separation, termination, etc
o Review and recommend how to track and manage employee information
o Review Benefit Plan Setup
o Review employee leave (vacation, sick, FMLA, etc
o Explain how benefit setup affects payroll processing.
o Understand “Lawson Jobs” that update records.
o Setup/configure and manage Flexible spending accounts
o Review employee Absence Plan Setup
· Define training methods: e.g. classroom, lab, Train-the-Trainer, web-based, etc.
· Conduct role-based training (Administrators, Benefit Specialist, Payroll Specialist, etc
· Develop training materials
· Produce final report summarizing key recommendations, train, and assist staff on implementation of recommendations including testing.
