Unix/Linux, API, Billing, Micro Services, Provisioning, Order Management, Service Delivery, Business and Architecture flows
Unix/Linux, Jboss, Apache/Tomcat,Micro Services, OSI Reference Model, API, Webservices, Networking, Microsoft servers
Experience Required 8 + Years
Roles & Responsibilities 1. Person should be able to lead the Incident Bridge
2. Incident Tracking
3. Escalation procedure, SOPs
4. Good technical understanding of architecture/process
5. Experienced in incident and problem manager
6. Very good written and verbal communication skills
7. Should be able to multitask
8. Notification Communications
9. Triage and Restoration
10. Incident Closure & Post Incident Process
11. Problem Management
