Need 10+ years of Experience as Release Manager
The ability to coordinate the implementation of a project into the production environment.
Implementation Planning, Scheduling, Implementation Testing, Coordination and the Change Management responsibilities (Change Agent) for the assigned work efforts.
SDLC styles used in the organization, Tech stack, Release/Deployment practices, Environments, etc
Platform processes, Service Management, ITIL based approaches, Technical Architecture skills, Rollback/Backout processes, Contingencies, Continuous Integrations,
Product management processes, Coordination, Facilitation, Project Management processes, Leadership skills, planning, scheduling, decision making
Collaboration tools, Project Management Tools, Ticketing tools, Microsoft Office tools, Defect Tracking tools, Slack, etc.
Modern implementation and release approaches and tools – Cloud/AWS, Atlassian, Bamboo, Serena, JIRA, Rally, etc;
Experience of working & managing P&C insurance systems.
Should have at least 2+ years of exp on policy admin system / claims COTS platforms
Experience of managing P&C insurance core systems transformation initiatives
