JD and Responsibilities:
a. Able to understand and add value to customer’s business environment, create processes and refine them
b. Able to work from ground up – with RCA and analytical skills and abilities to build a strong foundation while defining system requirements, ability to identify and create repeatable processes
c. Translates business problems and questions into analysis requirements and gathers data from multiple sources to complete the analysis
d. Understanding of Remote Monitoring systems / domain tools is great to have, including how user stories can be defined for such a system
