Job Description :
Role: ServiceNow Developer/Admin
Work Location: Dearborn, MI
Duration : 12 Months
Candidate must have Certification in all three SNOW Modules (Administration, Development & Implementation
Candidate must have hands on and Rich Experience in ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration, Operational Intelligence, Cloud Management and Release Automation) and ITBM (Demand Management , PPM Suite, Vendor Management, Resource Management) and Advanced ITSM (Customer Service, Security Operations, Vulnerability response, HR) areas.
Knowledge on regular maintenance and enhancement work in basic ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, Service Catalog) and
Performance Analytics to build reports and dashboards.
Should have good implementation knowledge in Service Portal which uses Angular JS/Bootstrap framework.
Scripting and Java Knowledge.
PPM, Idea & Demand management and HR nice to have

a. Broad IT experience of 7-8 years working within a large enterprise on implementation initiatives
b. Candidate must have minimum 5+ Years of experience
c. Candidate must have Certification in all three SNOW Modules (Administration, Development & Implementation)

h. Develop solutions in ServiceNow, prepare estimates and work on capability presentation, Proof of Concept
i. Understand functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation.
