Position - Calibration Development Engineer
Location - Columbus, IN
Responsibilities:
Calibration Integrator - OFF Highway VPI Programs.
Interacts with Controls team, Calibration team, Software and Test teams to create mainlines.
Co-ordinates between Aftertreatment, Performance, Compliance, Turbo and Controls team to Integrate overlays.
Interacts with Controls team, Spec team and plant to release Calibrations.
Provide inputs to Program and Service team to update Calibration information on QSOL.
Interact with various teams using Calbert NG to update tool functionality.
Testing various Calibration/Control functions on manual test benched.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Masters in Electricalor Controls with 1-2 years of expiriance in Engine Controls, MATLAB / Simulink Software Development.
Engine domain knowledge & Aftertreatrment Knowledge
Knowledge of Manual testing, Vehicle testing,data collection and analysis tools
PTC integrity
Minitab
CAN and Automotive Communication Protocols
