Job Description:
The Quality Configuration Technical Analyst is responsible for helping to ensure the quality of complex configurations, implementations, upgrades, and enhancements for healthcare management and appeals and grievances systems. This position will support the integration and business process activities that utilize configuration as part of the end-to-end solution to meet business requirements. This individual will facilitate the audit/testing activities including, but not limited to:
· Perform test planning activities, such as writing test plans, test reports, status reports, and project related reports
· Coordinate testing activities, such as identifying test scope, test data, test resources, and test environments
· Collaborate with other project team members, stakeholders, vendors, partners, or other testing related resources
· Contribute to quality assurance (QA) processes, methodologies, best practices, and documentation
· Facilitate the development of test documentation, auditing, and test strategies as needed for projects

Qualifications & Requirements
Education/Training
· A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related discipline

Required Experience:
· At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare organization developing, documenting, implementing, testing, auditing and evaluating processes, policies, and procedures (including performing root cause analysis of problem areas and recommending well thought-out recommendations for improvement)
· At least 3 years of experience working population health management system or other healthcare management (such as CareAdvance, Essette, etc
· At least 3 years of experience working with an appeals and grievances system
· Strong analytical, critical thinking, organizational, and time management skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Must have a service-oriented attitude with excellent problem solving and analytical skills
· Ability to work independently and be self-motivated and highly focused
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and manage multiple projects with multiple priorities
