Job Description:-
A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Experience in data analysis
Prior experience in voice domain
Capacity management in voice domain
Toll Fraud management experience will be a very good plus
Strong sense of urgency, ownership and accountability to drive tasks through completion
Agile Development experience (Scrum and User Story writing skills)
Strong and well balanced technical and business skills, and effective and comfortable presenting to technical and business leaders
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to access and understand diverse data sets
