Role: Network Engineer (Need US & GC Candidate)
Work Location: Houston, TX
Minimum years of experience: 8 yrs
Network SME
8 - 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure function.
In-depth design knowledge of network( LAN / WAN ) and security (Firewall, IPS, IDS, VPN / Remote / Mobility VPN devices on Cisco and Juniper ) in large scale environments.
Experience on Cisco technologies, firewall and Data Center Networks
Technical knowledge and experience in management of large enterprise customers network involving Data & Security environments.
Should have good understanding of IPv4 Address planning and implementations.
Experience and exposure with various native monitoring tools like Solarwinds and third party monitoring tools
Support and Maintenance of DC LAN
Support and Maintenance of SDWAN and internet connectivity
Implementation of DC LAN with BJ provided Nexus 5K switches
Implementation of Management network with BJ provided 3750 switches
Implement SD WAN and internet connectivity for remote locations as per the SDWAN
Setup Meraki Wireless Infrastructure
IP address allocation and management
Produce and/or endorse network standards
Provide advice and recommendations specific to customer requirements
Serve as a key representative on major network incidents
Desired Certifications:
CCNA, CCNP – Security
CCNA - Routing
