At least 2 years of IT experience on any of Windows Platform or Linux Platform, Virtualization, Networking, System Administration, Security
Communicate and collaborate effectively in English. Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Effective, polished interaction with customer to gather information quickly; explain customer responsibilities in resolving issue; communicate next steps and status; and inspire confidence
Should be customer centric and at the same time adhere to processes defined for customer issue handling
Able to perform work under continuous deadline pressure
Working experience in high availability environment
Attended trainings/has understanding of cloud computing
Understanding or experience in working with Azure cloud services
Scripting and/development experience using PowerShell, Perl
