Testing experience of IVR Applications and a good understanding on IVR testing concepts including Automation & Performance Testing.
Experience in IVR test data setup, Skill Mapping, IVR call flow testing, CTI Testing, Call Routing and Synthesizing of complex IVR call flows.
Worked on Jira , Quality Center , Avaya Communication Manager, Avaya CMS Supervisor
Hands on experience using IVR application automation tools such as using Hammer or Cyara
Experience in platform transition and migration.
Experience processing large set of h call data and creating Test cases.
