Analyze, Design and document processes for Provisioning SIT team as per leadership direction
Closely work with developers, ops, Design team to design a process for, communications between teams
Conduct sessions to explain the processes to existing team members and provide required guidance
Create WiKi page for Processes and create MOPs, SME technical documents and KT documents
Define and Implement various metrics to be presented to senior leadership on monthly and quarterly basis.
Analyze existing test cases and create risk based testing plan
Analyze, Design & Implement Automatic Daily Test report generation from Qmetry for Jira.

Mandatory skills:
Testing experience, UNIX, Scripting, IMS, VOIP, Broadband syndication. Experience in OSS/BSS, network.
Technical experience with Provisioning platforms highly desirable.
Knowledge and experience in provisioning of services and platforms desirable.
Basic understanding and experience with ICOMS subscriber management system or other MSO’s subscriber management systems desirable.
Ability to work with various teams, coach and transfer knowledge.
Ability to adapt to fast paced environment where support of multiple project tracks is required.
High level of customer service focus required.
Strong communication, project management, organizational and documentation skills.
