They are in an enterprise ERP project that needs you to provide front-end analysis, gather business requirements and create documentation. This is a perfect opportunity for an energetic, bright talented person take your 2+ years of Data Analysis experience and grow! What Will You Do? • Oversee key master data through data request process validation to ensure data quality is maintained. • Communicate with business data users to resolve data conflicts. Create data governance process inquiries and communicate with other ERP run organization teams on responses. • Monitor and improve data quality by initiating corrective actions identified through performing root cause analysis. • Facilitate data cleansing projects with business users • Collaborate with IT to resolve technical issues with data governance tools. • Participate in technology decisions to enable data governance processes and data quality monitoring including requirements analysis and testing. • Assess impact of process change requests to master data definition, existing system data and alignment to the enterprise data governance strategy. • Facilitate target system data migration requirements gathering from process areas and data governance. • Collaborate with business and technical subject matter experts to identify, analyze and document data migration transformation rules from legacy source systems. What Experience Do You Need? • Bachelor''s in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science or similar • 2+ years of relevant working experience • Direct experience with SAP in a data management (data conversion and data migration) • Exceptionally fast learner • Ability to provide front-end data analysis, requirements gathering, design, testing, documentation implementation, and support of assigned data projects. • Strong analytic skills with attention to details. • Excellent Communication skills-willing to speak with technical IT as well as business users • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to work independently but love teamwork. Nice to Haves • Basic Understanding of SDLC concepts, Data governance and business processes • SAP Procurement Module
