Job Description :
Demonstrate advanced understanding of Identity and Access Management processes, internal control risk management, IT, controls and related standards
Solid understanding on authentication/authorization concept and methodologies.
Understanding and hands-on experience in process automation and process improvement.
Must be able to work cooperatively as part of a cross functional global team
Excellent organization and planning skills; must be able to adjust priorities with changing needs of the business
Excellent analytical skills with the proven ability to solve problems both in verbal and written communications
Able to communicate well at all levels and knows when to escalate issues. Shows good judgment and ability to prioritize work
Understands client requirements and their impact on the technical direction of a solution.
Possesses a good working knowledge of the different areas of the IT organization, where to refer typical requests and where to go for assistance.
Understands the impact to their role of regulations, laws and company policies, standards and procedures.
Experience with cloud-based solutions and enabling Single Sign-on
Experience with multiple systems access methodology such as Active Directory, UNIX, Linux, Mainframe and others
